Summary of the Meeting Date 21/02/2021 Day Sunday Time 6:00 PM

It was decided that removal of Anjaneyaswamy idol will take place on 28/02/2021 at 8:00 am by all the village youths and people of medahalli.In this regard required equipment needs to be prepared for that day.
Dr.Mahesh M N will take a consultation with the priest regarding the vastu area finalization.
Ganesha Idol and Lakshmi idol need to be placed in front of the main god.It will be taken care and modification in the drawing will be done.
In the drawing a provisional of the west gate was proposed by the engineer for the crowd management.It was suggested it is not required since the crowd can be managed by the main door.
All the trust members agreed for their presence for the Re-Registration of the trust which will happen on 03/03/2021 at the Sub Registrar/Registrar Office.
All the trust members are agreed to pay an initial amount of Rs 25000 to start the work and the deadline fixed for the same will be two months from the date of Re-registration.
To demolish the existing temple it will be given on a contract basis to the concerned persons and Mr Naveen Kumar M K suggested to invite some related person on 28/02/2021.The final decision of the same will be done on that day itself.
All the participants and trust members decided to go for the labour contract for the construction of the temple instead of the full contract.
Dr.Mahesh M N identified one donor for the main idol which is done by a white marble but later due to maintenance of the same it was decided to go for the black stone idol.Dr.Mahesh M N will have a discussion with the donor for the same.
It is decided to go for the construction using bricks but some suggestions and discussions happened regarding the Idol room can be constructed by using the stone.It will be decided based on the cost for the same.
Window panels will be fabricated using UPVC material.
Main door needs to be carved by using Teak Wood.

All the trustees need to remit the amount before 09/09/2021.
Few Trustee members and senior village members had the first round of discussions with the mason for constructing the temple. After the negotiation, he was finally negotiated with 24000/sq ft. The final decision is yet to be taken, and it was kept pending since another person was coming on Monday for the same.
As per the previous meeting about the Bhoomi pooja will be held on 09/09/2021.The time and requirements need to be discussed with Mr Satish Swamy(priest) and need to be finalized on Monday.
All the trust members and the village members need to visit all the houses in the village on 08/09/2021 evening at 6 pm to intimate the process of initiation of construction of the temple.
It was decided to use the opposite house opposite the school to store the raw materials temporarily. This needs to be intimated to the concerned person, and permission for the same should be taken.
